SATA provides wearable solutions for the four core industries, offering visitors a hands-on experience with its protective products.

Petroleum and Petrochemicals

To address potential hazards in chemical environments of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, including chemical corrosion, high temperatures, dust, toxic gases, and mechanical injuries, SATA offers a range of solutions such as the TF0101 V-top HDPE standard helmet, the HF0420 silicone double reusable half mask respirator and the SF0402 nitrile chemical defense. Visitors actively participate in hands-on experiences, wearing immersing their hands in oil drums containing chemicals with Nitrile Chemical Defense to experience the gloves' oil resistance and chemical protection performance. They also experience the performance of the mask in filtering harmful gases by comparing the inhalation of odorous gases before and after wearing it.

Electricity and Power Grid

The electricity and power grid industry covers multiple sectors such as electricity generation, transmission, and distribution, with a complex and risky working environment. With the development of the industry, the demand for PPE continues to grow to address complex work conditions and strict safety standards. In response, SATA offers products that meet industry standards, such as the TF0202 V-top ABS standard helmet, HF0710 silicone double reusable half mask respirator and latex palm coated gloves. It also simulates the distribution box and display of a full set of PPE solutions, including insulated safety shoes, insulated safety helmets, insulated tools, low-voltage operation gloves, and earplugs.

Rail Transit

PPE in the rail transit industry is primarily designed to address specific working conditions such as construction, vehicle maintenance, power supply maintenance, and station services. These working conditions pose risks such as noise, falling, cutting, and insulation, involving seven categories of PPE, such as the TF0501 breathable bump cap, 521001 13-gauge white Pu palm dipped gloves, HF0301V HF0301VKN95 Particulate Respirator, Exhalation Valve and FF0704 windrider antiskid safety shoe anti-puncture insulation. The on-site simulated subway maintenance scene provides an immersive PPE experience for the audience.

New Energy (Solar and Wind Power)

The photovoltaic industry mainly refers to the photoconversion industry chain formed through the application and development of silicon materials, while the wind power industry chain is typically divided into three stages: manufacturing of wind turbine components, manufacturing of whole wind turbines, and wind farm construction & operation. The complex production environment requires personal protective equipment to ensure the safety of workers and meet safety standards. In response, SATA provides products such as the FH0610 dust proof breathing set, TF0203 M-top ABS safety helmet, YF0301 functional anti-impact glasses [anti-fog] and HF0101 self priming filter anti particulate respirator (KN95 folding ear mask).
